Dear David,
I would like to take this opportunity to thank you formally for the wonderful job you did helping my mother, my children and me to relocate last summer.
Let me begin with the sale of my mother´s home. Although her home was located in Morris County, you made the long drive up there several times and patiently listened to mom´s concerns and helped her feel comfortable with her decision to sell her home of 40+ years. She has had some bad experiences with realtors, but you laid all her fears to rest with your actions, not a lot of double-talk. The soundness of your marketing strategy and advice was more than apparent when her house sold for full price the very first day it was on the market!
As for finding a home in Hillsborough Township that my mother and I could afford together, your patience once again was admirable. Even though homes in this area are a bit more expensive than those in some surrounding areas, you didn´t push for me to look elsewhere since you knew how important it was for me to have my four children remain in the same school district they had been in for the past six years. As you know, I was going through some tough personal times then, and what might have been an incredibly stressful task of looking for a new home as a single parent was made so much easier by your sense of humor and understanding. Then we finally found this house; your ability to get the deal done while working around our previously planned trip to North Carolina was impressive.
In August we will be coming up on our one-year anniversary in this, our new home. I am so grateful that we are here and have you to thank for making it happen. When I called Coldwell Banker last year, I really hit the jackpot: not only did I find a superb realtor, but I found a friend.
